At Maan-E, we value your satisfaction and strive to ensure you love every product you receive. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Return

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
• Tags must remain attached and items must be in resale condition.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or personalized products are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via your original payment method.
